Griswold Players Community Chorus is a mixed voice adult chorus dedicated to sharing the joy of singing. Repertoire balances contemporary traditional choral with smatterings of foreign, classical, and pop. Rehearsal is weekly, with themed concerts performed in May and December.

The Stonington Historical Society was founded in 1895 and operates three historic museums/libraries: Old Lighthouse Museum (1840), Captain Nathaniel B. Palmer House (1851), and the Woolworth Library & Research Center. Our mission is to preserve, interpret, and celebrate the history of all of Stonington. Historic Stonington is dedicated to illuminating the more than 350 years of history of the Town of Stonington, located in the southeastern corner of Connecticut. We offer records of the lives and fortunes of colonial settlers, blockade runners, ship captains, whale hunters, patriots, explorers, artists, and writers.

I-Park is both an open-air and a closed-studio laboratory for individual artistic pursuits in the fields of music composition/sound art, visual arts, architecture, moving image, creative writing and landscape/garden/ecological design.

Ignite, a program of Thames River Innovation Place, fosters educational initiatives and community outreach to promote talent cultivation, job creation and economic growth in the region. Partnering with CURE Innovation Commons (Groton) and Spark Makerspace (New London), Ignite stimulates creativity, entrepreneurship, connectivity and innovation.

The Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center is a non-profit performing arts organization located in a historic building in Old Saybrook. The Kate presents music, theater, opera, dance, comedy, film, and children’s programming. A small museum honoring Katharine Hepburn is located in the lobby.
