Description:  Is your organization interested in DEI and/or anti-racism work and/or working to advance diversity, equity & inclusion policy and practices? Is your organization struggling with being more diverse, equitable and inclusive, and you are not sure how to proceed? Does the leadership of your organization understand what becoming an anti-racist organization means and what changes it would require internally and externally? What does action look like?

Join us and hear from community leaders that are helping to navigate and integrate Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) practices, advance Anti-Racism, and why it is needed now. Then, participate in an interactive, brief session to help the Cultural Coalition develop a framework for helping our arts & culture organizations in Southeastern CT take action.

Intended Audience: Executive directors, board members, staff members, and volunteers of arts & cultural organizations, businesses and interested non-arts organizations.
