Artist in Place
The Artist in Place program is a partnership of the Cultural Coalition and the CT Office of the Arts to support creative strategies for vibrant residential development.
In a pilot program working with The Beam in New London, the Cultural Coalition will help establish an Artist in Place program, providing local artists or other creative professionals reduced apartment rental rates in exchange for developing artistic initiatives for the property and the residents.
