Lebanon Historical Society Museum

A modern museum with rotating exhibits, genealogy research library and public programs. Children-friendly exhibit about Lebanon in the American Revolution. Beaumont House and Pastor’s Library are located on our campus are opened seasonally for guided tours on most Saturdays.

Leffingwell House Museum

The Leffingwell House Museum, circa 1675, shows a two room home changing into a pre-revolutionary tavern, ending as a gentleman's residence by 1776. Interpreters evoke the independent spirit and lifestyle of early America using displays of original artifacts from 1645 to the Civil War.


Lisa Giordano

LISA GIORDANO is a playwright, producer, visual artist and co-founder of Emerson Theater Collaborative and board member of Writers Block, Ink. She is a member of the Dramatist Guild, and her plays have been performed regionally and received honors nationally.

Lisa Saunders is an award-winning writer, speaker, and TV talk show host. She scours out-of-print books and long-forgotten letters to shed new light on historic figures and events. Lisa also works with clients to help them get their stories told.

Lyman Allyn Art Museum

The Lyman Allyn houses a collection of over 17,000 objects from ancient times to the present, with fascinating collections of American and European fine and decorative arts. Outside, a sculpture trail is surrounded by 12 acres of gardens and lawn.

MNL has served the greater Mystic community for over 120 years. MNL offers over 45,000 books, DVDs and CDs for check-out to all Connecticut residents. Computers, printers, scanners and fax-machine are available. The library houses a collection of artwork, and monthly exhibits of local artists.
