Connecticut Early Music Society promotes the knowledge and appreciation of early music performed in historically appropriate style. Founded in 1982, the Connecticut Early Music Society presents concerts and an annual festival with the use of historically appropriate instruments. The term “early music” refers to a repertory encompassing medieval, Renaissance, Baroque, and early Classical music.

For over 50 years, CLHO has strengthened and sustained members by sharing knowledge and experience, and promoting best practices among museums, historical societies and all who steward Connecticut's heritage collections.

New London Maritime Society's mission is to protect and preserve New London's Custom House and three area lighthouses, and to promote, interpret, and celebrate the maritime life & history of the port of New London through museum exhibitions, educational programs, and preservation initiatives.

I am a professional visual artist who is a painter,drawer and printmaker. My work is large, colorful, gestural and addresses issues of identity in contemporary life. I exhibit at Harmon Gallery, Jessie Edwards Gallery, and Coastal Contemporary in Newport, RI. I teach art at ECSU.

DDD promotes the appreciation and critical understanding of dance by realizing the creation of new works by choreographer David Dorfman and his artistic collaborators. In advocating his mission “to get the whole world dancing,” Dorfman’s work has enjoyed broad and diverse audiences nationally and internationally.
