StEPs-CT Program Mentor Position Openings

The Connecticut League of History Organizations (Middletown) and Connecticut Humanities are seeking a talented museum professional to become a StEPs-CT program mentor. StEPs-CT is a two-year enrichment program designed to help small museums and historical societies achieve success in six areas of institutional competence (http://cthumanities.org/resources/steps-ct).

Program mentors coach participating institutions as they progress through the StEPs-CT program, working collaboratively to help set organization-specific goals, identify and teach to knowledge gaps, maintain regular contact with organizational liaisons, and act as cheerleader both in person, online, and on the phone.

This is a twenty-six month, part time commitment averaging 8-12 hours per month on a flexible schedule. StEPs-CT Mentor Position.
